REP. CHAPIN APPOINTED TO HOUSE LEADERSHIP POSITION

State Rep. Clark Chapin, R-New Milford, has been appointed to serve as an Assistant House Minority Leader. The appointment was made by House Republican Leader Lawrence F. Cafero, R-Norwalk.Rep.
